UNCONTESTED MATERIAL FACT NO. 6: In consideration of the relevant issues in Case FW-03701, Samantha Cox received unsolicited information provided by individuals who posted messages on InvestorHub and other cyberspace sites under the monikers tdbowieknife, junkHustler, smacktap, the dead cat bouncer, againstallodds and other aliases.
UNCONTESTED MATERIAL FACT NO. 8: Samantha Cox met with tdbowieknife on multiple occasions and received information that was used to draft the Complaint filed on December 15, 2014 against Ronald Blackburn and others in the pending litigation.
UNCONTESTED MATERIAL FACT NO. 19: Prior to the filing of the subject complaint, Samantha Cox allowed tdbowieknife and others aligned with tdbowieknife to review the complaint and make suggested changes, modifications or corrections as they saw fit.
