Here's what a lot of people don't understand in my opinion...

Yes, of course it's true that in the World of penny stocks (although Exobox wasn't always a penny stock), breaches of fiduciary duties, unjust enrichment, self dealing, eliminating shareholder rights, refusing to produce documents, discrepancies and failures to report accurate share counts, breaches of contract, waste of corporate assets, FRAUD and CONSPIRACY happen all the time.

But what doesn't happen all the time is (and in my opinion rarely happens at all) is that a LARGE group of shareholders do something about it.

Sure these guys behind the scenes have pulled these tricks time and time again, but rarely have they been stopped, and even more rarely, have a group of shareholders like the shareholders of Exobox stopped them.

If you haven't read the complaint filed against the sole officer & director of Exobox -- IT AIN'T NO JOKE !!!!

There are some very, very, very serious allegations there !!!!

And it's not like something where one can bury their head in the sand and hope it all goes away. I truly believe that when you have enough "dedicated" shareholders as Exobox does, these are the types of cases that the courts and justice system just cannot ignore. So long as shareholders keep pushing, and pushing, and pushing the way they have in my opinion, courts have no choice but to act and to make examples out of them.

I said it before, and I'll say it again, this isn't going to stop with just a civil judgment in my opinion.

Serious crimes have been committed in my opinion. I'm talking about FRAUD and CONSPIRACY in my opinion!!!

Now I believe there are some shareholders here that are very well off, or have very little shares, or who simply don't give a sh!t about this stock anymore -- yet all they want is to see someone go to jail. That's fine with me, I can't blame them, and that's what happens when you sue as many shareholders as Exobox recently has. But all I want to see is this company succeed. Nothing else. And whatever it takes to see it succeed, I'm onboard until the end !!

GO SHAREHOLDERS !!!!!!
