Legal shuffle at ZTE.
Jeff Butler (Partner) & John Alexander from the once great law firm Clifford Chance have filed as attorneys for ZTE.
Guess someone finally woke up in China & realized they are in great trouble. These two legat eagles specialize in litigation and DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Most likely they are to assess the damage and give ZTE top dogs their options.
Clearly GOOG has involvement, ZTE may have destroyed evidence & the possibility of stock manipulation.
The recent SP spike could well be the function of Clifford Chance entering the game. Next week should be quite revealing.
