This is great news. I'm thinking there may still be the issue of only 60% of a population bothering to get vaccinated. The fact that the the plan of attack seems to be just-in-time campaigns the participation may be higher. There's sure to be far reaching and high frequency media blitzes.

I think it safe to reason that there would still be a need for a post infection drug for those who, due to a multitude of possible reasons, weren't vaccinated.

The reduced market potential for a post infection drug would probably become dependent on the altruism of the drug companies.
