And you know this from what source? I don't think they're giving up. I believe I read where they just hired a new law firm to represent them. I think Jay put that on the boards.

All along you have posted that TMMI just needs to run them out of funds with legal expense. That says to me that TMMI is not counting on winning the suit but will try to win through attrition. This is a shame that TMMI brought on a lawsuit, found out that maybe it isn't what the former players said it was and will continue to divest private placement funds to outlast a "little guy." What will be really sad is if the "little guy" doesn't turn out to be all that little.
