HISTORY OF SEC FILING RELEASE DATES- it's a "window", the EXACT DAY means nothing. It's time window, as long as they're not late on the SEC calendar it makes no difference. Some years, qtrs just take longer than others or they're behind schedule or on other times they have all their data ready and release a little earlier.

Trying to imply the 10-Q or 10-K filing date when they send it to the SEC as supposedly having or implying some "meaning" or that something "big is happening" is just total nonsense IMO, unless they're grossly late for some reason- then it's a potential issue/problem. Other than that- the filing date means pretty much nothing as long as it's within the SEC "on time" window.

10-Q Q1 2015 5/5/2015 (Notice, NOT on 5/9 like previous yr, but 5/5)

10-K end 2014 3/6/2015

10-Q Q3 2014 11/7/2014 (notice it was MORE than 90 days past the prior 10Q)

10-Q Q2 2014 8/1/2014

10-Q Q1 2014 5/9/2014

10-K end of 2013 3/25/2014 (Notice MUCH later than the one in 2014)

10-Q Q3 2013 11/14/2013 (notice a week later than the one in 2014)

10-Q Q2 2013 8/14/2013 (NOTICE, NOT ON 8/1 as is claimed, was MUCH LATER)

10-Q Q1 2013 5/9/2013

The dates are NOT CAST IN STONE. Again, as long as they're not "late" to the SEC calendar, there's a range of a FEW WEEKS within which they can file.

There's no guarantee or proof that the 10-Q was going to be today- and there is no proof or guarantee it's going to be this coming Monday. In 2013 the Q-2, 10-Q filing was put out in Aug 14th, much later than Aug 1st.

The SEC filing will be released when they release it- until then, NO ONE knows what the date is except the CEO and a few others. Simple as that.
