Nope. No new company. Just another trick. No reverse merger documents have been filed. DSUS is the PVEC shell with a website offering other people's products.

No government contract. That's an old PV trick. No manufacturing facility as claimed.

Someone putting together kits and modifying drones does not make a manufacturing facility.
