Gee, why don't you tell us what happens to a defendant (Granville) in a defamation/libel case when the court rules that the defendant (Granville) failed to file a response/answer to the Original defamation/libel complaint on time.

Ever hear of a default issued against that defendant?

What happens if a defendant is found in default by the court in a major defamation/lible lawsuit against him?

And tell us further what happens to an attorney (Snyder) that is found by the court to have mislead and lied to the court in a certain defamation/libel case?

Wow, I just read the opposition filed by Magna and Sason. What a joke. Since it appears we have dueling counsels and a board full of lawyer type IRPs, I find it very interesting that none of these hot shots can figure out the real reason this was filed.

First of all the opposition speaks nothing toward the criminal and civil charges, but is only in my opinion a weak attempt to get it tossed.

Why would they want it tossed, if Sason, Magna Group and counsel are so sure they have a great case which in my opinion they do not have at all. There is no way this case being tossed would be prejudicial, so Snyder and Granville re-file if it happens which is unlikely.

Now here is what the paper hanger type IRP lawyers don't see. So let's sweep the Cheetos off our belly boys and answer this question. Why would Sason want this tossed, knowing that one minute after it is tossed they can sue Sason again by clicking a little mouse at the hearing.

I'll even spell it out for you and leave one word fill in the blank question.

The reason why Sason's attorney filed the opposition is in the hopes that they can ________ the defamation lawsuit, because they cannot right now due to Snyder's quick action and great strategic move.

Go Harvard Club... NYC Josh Sason is in way over his head.

Here is Snyder's filed counterclaim document.
