Also included in the 2012 article you mention was that Kim was in buyout negotiations back then.

I'm sure the foreign company that Kim was speaking to wants to see commercial quantities produced before they make an offer.

If Kim announces a sales contract during the fourth quarter of this year, I will expect a buyout announcement sometime next year. Unless Kim has had a change of heart.
