I recently went to CSE to check the filing status of GCHI and could find nothing on it. I missed seeing any notice that Frank moved the filing to Virginia. Bizapedia has the following ID on

Frank is listed as Director, Secretary and Treasurer. Do not see where this is listed on any exchange at present nor do I see any trading symbol for its 60 million shares. Something may be up here. Anyone have anything to add?
