An indépendant Dominican/French expédition to one of Deep Blue Marine's/Tesoros del Caribe's shipwrecks was found to be in a devastating condition of destruction. Littered with modern debris and evidence of willful destruction. Talk about treasure hunters helping UNESCO- your work ethic was appalling!
As for the joke of a museum- what was it open for 3 weeks, Deep Blue Marine still owes the owner of the property for rent and damages.
