Assuming MMMW's past pattern of filing NT-10K, 12b-25 forms is followed, the NT-10K (annual report) should be filed between 3-6PM-EST on July 29. This will allow them until 8/15 (8/17 due to 8/15 falling on a weekend) before they are late.

OOPS, missed it by a day... And since the "NO" box was checked under the "significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements ..." shareholders can now rest assured that NO INCOME will be reported (again) as the total sales income reported by MMMW for fiscal 2015...
