SIAF is a company in the food industry, that's what they do and what we --as investors-- must primarily care. Focusing on becoming more efficient, better production processes, more profitable products and joint ventures to outdo the competition.

As a long time investor I care more about those things than if it gets listed on a particular exchange, if the company is doing good enough it will eventually get listed (or not). On the other hand if a company only focuses on getting listed on a particular exchange then would not be value there to trade.

Focussing on the operation is what creates wealth and long term prospect, the other is pure speculation on boosting share prices.
