Is this the same derived from public information and deductive reasoning
that somehow established from the *no leaks since Heddle took over* pictures of towers and kilns shrink wrapped that led to the ecstatic and oft repeated conclusion they were ready to ship and there was a buyer ?

Until of course it was found out a few months ago they were never shipped and were still there after a long hard winter.
