I find it funny that all of a sudden it's not that Labor Smart has the option to convert, but that Command Center has somehow rendered their option obsolete. lol.

You can post the note yourself to prove your point since the 13g obviously didn't. I may if I feel so inclined, but I have other things to do than someone else's DD.

$4.4 million is exactly what Schadel stated in the 1Q. It doesn't get more plain English than that. And yes, it is twice the amount of convertible debt principal because that's how bad the terms of the notes were.
