CCNI has started conversions, so already their lawsuit is rendered moot.

$4.4M is almost twice the actual amount remaining CD. It's all simple math and spelled out in plain english in their fins.

Have you not been keeping up and not noticed that they are negotiating a consolidation loan for all their convertible debt and paying it off with cash? With a positive cash flow 1st Q, that won't be hard to achieve.

Trading/investing without chart analysis is like bringing a knife to a gunfight.
