JB paid all the bills he could with treasury stock (>128 Million) and has left stuckholders languishing in nowhere land. Just go back and read the last 10-Q and add up the shares paid for debt. Note also that someone had to return shares to the treasury in order to meet those debt obligations, leaving someone without majority control.

I'm still waiting for JB to prove me wrong. So far, after one year, he hasn't...
