Please do tell us some of the details of the LOI that were made "clear" to you.

The conditions and content of that LOI was spelled out very clearly.

There were no real details, not even an expiration date which LOIs always have, nobody wants to be tied to a deal that ties up your assets(if there are any) for an unlimited amount of time.

Of course, with no expiration date, the LOI could still be used in promotional fodder "DD" for the next 3 1/2 years. You know, like the promises of transparency and a ticker change and of course more of the BS that Aaron promised in 2012.
