BCS, indeed that is the LOL because THOSE PPHM shares we know EXACTLY who owns them (or for options who could own them), so they are CERTAINLY not part of any 50% hidden shares from some family.

The math was not to calculate how many PPHM shares BoD/Management or employees of PPHM would own in the future but where the shares are NOW.

Because only that would say something about the possibility, in this case IMPOSSIBILITY, of some group hiddenly owning 50% of PPHM.
