No fluff here. Just verification!

There are some on here that still doubt that ACG acquired PeopleVine. Some think it is just some marketing deal or that they hired them for their services. Some do not know what the word acquire means.
The Alliance Creative Group acquired PeopleVine. That means they own them now. Gilman had the software platform and ACG had the contacts and the knowhow to promote and market it. It was a win win for both parties. Gilman agreed to join the ACG team and bring PeopleVine with him. Gilman is the President of the PeopleVine division of the Alliance Creative Group. It really isn't that hard to understand.
I also asked Paul about filings. He stated that his filings are the quarterly and annual disclosures since they are a current status pink sheet company. There are no other filings other than the quarterly and annual disclosures. He did say that there would be more details and updates on both PeopleVine and Four Oceans in the upcoming quarterly report.
Paul was surprised to hear that there are still people confused on this since he explained it in the PR, the quarterly and annual disclosures as well as the interview. It was an acquisition. Jordan Gilman wanted to stay a part of PeopleVine so he joined the ACG company. Gilman is still a huge part of PeopleVine. He is the president and the Chief Software Architect for the PeopleVine division of the Alliance Creative Group. PeopleVine is a ACGX brand.
