Not quite so. EuroGas won two Slovak Supreme Court decisions, but enforcement/collection is lacking, so the issue is in international arbitration. There too, if they win, is no arm for enforcement.

This reminds me of how Venezuela directly and indirectly confiscated foreign owned natural resources properties and sold them to others who offered better terms, while at the same time announcing they would no longer recognize arbitrations/decisions of international courts. Venezuela has not suffered by this - it's been 10 years, I think -, though they have been seriously damaged by the recent fall in oil prices.

Like Venezuela, I suspect the Slavs are stealing from the West in favor of dealing with Russia and China (and their own oligarchs). That said, I would not look for an early resolution of this matter, meaning TMBXF is not likely to experience any benefit from their alignment with EuroGas for some time to come. JMHO
