I have not looked at the fillings for ATT in a long time, so I do not know much about the current situation. Also, That said, I think it's pretty clear that somebody made millions by selling at the top. If it was not MW, then who? Just NB? And now the NB lawsuit is 'amicably resolved' and MW slipped quietly into the background? Man, that stinks!!! For me, now that the dust has settled, it is pretty clear that the MMPR was never realistically going to happen, especially not on the timeline stated by ATT. And regardless of whether they knew it was going to be so tough with HC or not, it was totally unethical to tout it as such a sure thing. I believed in the MMPR possibility, and admittedly it was naive of me... But i am not a public co. executive. Naivete should not be an excuse for execs JMHO
