Board activity is looking like bored activity

I know there's been no recent press release and am hoping that indicates there is something major going on behind the scenes that will culminate in news we all like. I got involved with this stock initially because they were selling thousands of filled petri dishes to the Cardiff School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences for some US Government Project in Central Asia. I saw an update later from the company that stated their customers included University at Cardiff, but nothing more.
