Tuttle's assertions

If that is the case (not being given the same information), it would be up to the other buyers to be making the motion, not Tuttle.

Tuttle's motion has already been denied once. He did file for reconsideration but does not seem to have added no additional information from the original motion. If anyone was going to object, the time to do so would have been in motions prior to the court approving the sales. I believe the court did approve the sales already.

The other problem, is that even if not all buyers got the same information, how did that effect the sale price?
