Let's look at the last "update" by Joel, on June 11th, and see what came true:

Good Evening Shareholders,

I have 3 updates and a PR will coming out the week of the 22nd, I want to double check everything and really get this started.

1). Ghana update- There will be videos posted and pictures we have holes dug and we will be doing a PR on projections and also a PR on when revenues will start from Ghana with backup paperwork from the country to show how real this is and true values. (Both PR's will be in June) Where's the backup paperwork?

2). Financials- I hate to admit this but the IHUB board was right my CPA Terry Johnson is no longer available to do my audits and it has been reassigned and its in the works and then will be given to my attorney to do the form 10, also a PR update in June. No Form 10, never happened, and never will

3). SEDAR in Canada- I have about 18 business days to complete, I am adding the last quarter and will do everything in my power to complete this in June, this will also be A BIG PR and we will close this out. Never happened

Not on the list we have started 3rd Qtr Fins to be uploaded to OTC this month. Never happened
