Thanks for being cordial while disagreeing with part of what I said (Shire putting out a PR). :)

First, I'll say that anything can happen. I just saw something new (to me) today in the trading world.
Second, (IMO) if Shire believes that VP 20629 has potential, it will put something out there. I base that opinion off of the following article and what Shire CEO Dr. Ornskov said in it:
