That is pretty rude as I was expressing my opinion.

Not to respond ugly, but what part of:
-I agree that Intellect needs to put out a PR too,
-any positive attention would be helpful (esp on the Nasdaq),
did you not understand?

If ILNS uses the right services to put the information out there, it will get attention. As many investors know, any stocks that have potential orphan drug status tied to their name are very popular in the pharma world.

BTW, I've seen companies that have hired a IR person and they still couldn't move the stock. It depended on the type of news.

Also, I've personally seen (and invested in a company) where a mutually beneficial PR happened before. The company I invested in got a bump from interested investors in another company b/c both companies were named in the PR.
