i think this is all about the how they do the recap and the uncertaintly aroung it. Well of course there was the dumbasses doing the referendum and shutting doen the banks and ASE. What a bunch of clowns.
anyway recap is the key, These are systemically important. And everyone has an interest in keeping the banks healthy. bad bank good bank, is my least favorite option.
