How do you know shareholders support management when there hasn't been a vote for directors in over 3 years? The company is obviously breaking it's own bylaws. It is hard to watch us apathetic shareholders do nothing while management walks all over us and destroys almost all of the shareholder value. Maybe you think most shareholders support management but the share price screams otherwise. Most, given the chance, would have dumped these guys years ago. Instead many dumped their shares instead.

Do you really believe these guys have one iota of credibility in the market because I don't believe they do. A very few still support them but most realize we could and should have far better.
