You also stated that a European hedge fund was buying the company.
Now when I asked you if you still felt like this company is going to change hands, you said, "No feel, fact."

Can you explain to us how you know for a fact that they are selling the company and what kind of timeline?

You keep saying it is fact but you won't tell us how or why you know this to be a fact.
