Mining is a capital intensive business. It costs money to reopen and safely restart work. Then it is only 60 feet to gold but it means building a raise thru at times unstable rock which needs support so yeah it costs money as well. No worries NBRI is going to get the financing. Difficult market delayed the restart of Ruby but it is coming!
