It appears to be on the greys in the OTC which isn't a good sign.
Many of the NYSE traded REITs currently pay double digit dividends (check out RSO,MITT,NLY,TWO,NYMT) and are at lows with hefty discounts to book.

Competing is intense among humans, and within a group, selfish individuals always win. But in contests between groups, groups of altruists always beat groups of selfish individuals.
