Hey let's do some math!

In the latest financials 40,000 preferred B shares were converted into common shares. How many common shares? 40,000,000. That's a thousand common shares for every one B share?

Now there are (June 2013, latest info avail) 314,584 Preff B shares. If/when they get converted to common shares how many shares is that? Oh my!

If I am wrong, please someone show me my error, thank you and good luck.
