Companies may indeed bid. We are in a period of exclusivity right now, with the BOD filing for an extension so only they can put forward a POR.

I've already questioned why they did that, as it makes no sense, if the company is worthless then no-one would want to bid, so why apply for an extension?

Anyway. Lets wait and see what the EC can come up with.

The company was losing money because of debt and low gold prices were not enough to maintain those debt payments. As stated they produce at 800oz. They closed the mine to save cash during the C11 process.
