You have a link to that rule,or the rule number? I could understand that ruling for insiders but for common shareholders?? Gosh...that would mean that most can't trade their $15.00 worth of SUTI shares for a year!!! ROFLMMFAO!!! And of course by then SUTI will be at 0.0001 and NO BID,just like this FRAUD.

A phony POS dividend (with Eddie changing the share ratio at the 11th hour) and then not being able to sell them if you want for a YEAR??? What a JOKE,but this is an Eddie/Jorge SHAM. And no...don't give me the "it's lower but there will be two dividends" BS. People will be LUCKY to ever see one,let alone two.

BTW,do you have a copy of the paid receipt for the dividend filing?? Space said they posted one.
