I've already done the math for you. Assuming that they get 15 cents per cup of coffee, $300K per cafe means that they're selling 7 cups a minute for 16 hours a day. I don't know of any cafe that can keep up like that. $300K is a lot more than 3 cafes can handle in a single quarter - the numbers don't add up, so adding 3 more cafes isn't going to double sales.
