Your opinion noted but it is obvious to me that you don't understand the company or any pink sheet stock. SRSR isn't a huge company, doesn't have a big board of directors, and although it is public it is also pink sheet.

There isn't a lot other than land owned by the company. The land has present value as well as future value. It is that future value that I have invested in and what I have found out, you could too if you bothered to call or write the company, is that Scott has some explaining to do and in a proxy fight would lose as there are many more groups here that own more shares than he and his family.

If SRSR divested itself of its biggest asset there would be accountability to the shareholders and possible prosecution. The cost and time involved wouldn't be as great as you think because this company isn't big as you seem to think.

Debt isn't relevant at this point because the debt is in dispute. A shareholder meeting will resolve this issue.
