Your Broker will only permit trading of a reverse or forward split stock when the transfer agent sends the new dividended shares to your Broker.

Ethical companies direct their transfer agents to ensure the new dividended shares are sent to all Brokers ASAP. Whereas unethical companies delay the process as long as possible when they want their toxic lenders to be the only ones who can sell.

If your Broker has not received the new dividended shares phone the company and the transfer agent to expedite the process. Hound the buggers every day until they do.
