To All CMKM/NHHI Shareholders:
On July 15, 2015 lawyers for CMKM/NHHI received a data disk containing literally thousands of pages of bank records from Wells Fargo Bank. We are in the beginning stages of reviewing the massive volume of documents in hopes of harvesting valuable information that will accelerate CMKM/NHHI recovery efforts. I will report more to our Shareholders after we have had time to at least partially digest the information.
I will host Webinar #45 on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 8 PM CDT. Here are instructions for joining the Webinar:
1. Download Paltalk Messenger (free download) and log into Paltalk.
2. Look under the heading “Business and Finance” rooms and under the subheading “Investments”.
3. When the room is open you will see the name “New Horizons Holdings, Inc.”

4. Click on the room to join the meeting.
During Webinar #44 I had said that I would probably host another Webinar in mid-July. However, due to ongoing issues that I would like to discuss with more details and knowledge, I have decided to wait until almost the end of July to host Webinar #45.
