I expect the stock to at least triple

If one wants that triple you need a paid P&D from Porter. An expensive one that will generate enough volume to allow not only retail to complete flip trades, but also for Porter and fiends to dump. Next Feb when 195M shares come off restriction, Porter will be ready to dump. Assuming the stock hasn't been suspended by then.
