You're right! This is good news and, if they can execute, we should be seeing some decent revenue within the next 12 months. The main problem is that 7/31/15 is the end of their fiscal year, which means they have 90 days until the end of October to file their financials. From all indications, they haven't seen much revenue yet (perhaps they've collected some signing fees, but we should have seen some of that on their last financials). Consequently, the October 10-K will probably not be too impressive. We'll most likely have to wait for their FQ1 financials thru 10/31/15, which should be reported in mid December, or later before we see significant revenue. That's a long time for traders and MM's to beat up on the pps.

I think the company has great potential if they can execute their strategy. However, they need some big news (e.g. a merger/acquisition) to significantly move the pps between now and December. On the other hand, if you really believe in the company, it would be a good time to load up on dips but don't bet the farm since this is still pretty risky. JMO
