Great post, I can't help but agree with everything you've said. One thing I might argue is the worth of the shell itself. Mark is in the company for a lot less than par value though. I want to say based off their 10Q's I think the family is in for .001 roughly.

The one that needs this to take off and profit off the stock price is Lindsey Perry. But for the life of me I believe they use him as a puppet for staging purposes with Meris calling all the shots. I have not heard too much direction from him at all.
