M&K will not risk their license to help perpetrate a fraud. And a CPA better be careful. It's easy enough for the PCAOB to become aware of such things. Then again, there is NO audit, and NO Form 10 coming. How many months now has it been... coming? The filler involving an imaginary audit is sort of worn out.
