B & N was a "courthouse steps" settlement before the Kessler motion is decided shortly. I am sure it was at a huge discount because it could be the LAST chance for PTSCs contingency fee lawyers to get paid. The fact is if PTSC loses the Kessler motion the company is worthless and the case dies. If B & N loses the case drags on for another 2 years. All the leverage was in B & Ns court.
