Questions that will get you banned from MYEC Facebook pages:
1) Patent question:
Ed had promised shareholders that he would review the patent agreement. He never did it. It has been a year now. Ed owns the patent and significant royalties will be paid to him if revenues exceed $100,000 per month
2) Share count question:
Ed told shareholders that someone else filed a Form 144 for him in April 2014. He said he was "not selling shares at this price". His share count decreased. No one has ever questioned this.
3) Sierra Global questions:
- Sierra Global is MYEC's #1 customer, yet Ed has never even mentioned them
- Ed used to have a management position/role with Sierra Global. Sierra Global was issued 650 million shares
- Sierra Global has sold most if not all of the 650 million shares they were issued at an average PPS higher than today's PPS
- Sierra Global is an offshore company based in Nevis. No one knows what they do. They have no website
4) Share buy back PR question:
On the same day that Ed issued the PR for the 1 billion share buy back, Ed issued 400 million shares to Sierra Global. The PR only mentioned the 1 billion share buy back. Why not disclose the whole story? Does Ed not understand that was misleading shareholders?
5) Number of customers question:
Ed has issued PRs for deals signed with almost 30 customers, yet the Form 10 states that MYEC has only 3 customers. What happened to all the others? iCard1 was never mentioned again after the PR, just like many others.
6) Transfer Agent question:
Ed promised to ungag the TA and/or switch TAs. This was over a year ago. No action has been taken. What's the current share structure? A/S? O/S? Float?
