Good question...

seems the PR stated H&G would be in charge until management was ready to take over there prospective business plans.

Have 12.3 Billion SS...per the 2011 Financials

Seems H&G took 4 Billion out. OG took 7.7 Billion out. NPT took 500 Million out. Leaves about 110 Million and 1 cusip number for Encounter Technologies Inc.. IDk Price...

Fuzzy math was interesting... 1.254 Billion DUTV - .168 TORQ = 1.086 - 1.10 = 1.4 million...

1.469 Billion 1000:1 = 1.469 million

IDK...I get .10

Not Enough Shares unless another or other SS's are in play...me I would look at PTEL and EUOT 1st. Still 2.1 Billion or more short or hedged...imo
