And when I asked him a couple of weeks back to explain the current business model, et cetera, he started attacking me and praising current management without explaining what is there to praise, which what he was basically asked to do.

Then he went on to provide false information about the past, et cetera. I don't really know what his problem is, but former CEO Gershuny has some real mental issues he needs to cope with.
