That is also true. The management's decision of RS and new offering basically prepared a coffin for themselves and then HFT helped them get in. It is just a matter of time when this stock would need another RS. How about Line, Lre, Bbep, Nog...? Oil is still above $50 and they are now all crashed to their knees...HFT will eventually crash NYSE if if it is not banned...
