I know their office looks to be vacant. My father and I were in Santa Barbara last week visiting family and I decided to drive by their office in the middle of the day on a Wednesday and the place was locked up and not a soul to be seen. I even went by again the next day on our way out of town and there was nobody there. My guess is it's shut down already or on the verge of it
