Mr. James McKinney is President, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Vital Products Inc. Mr. McKinney graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 1967. From 1967 to 1971 Mr. McKinney was employed by PriceWaterhouse Coopers with temporary leave for military service during this period. Over Mr. McKinney's career, he has been employed as an accountant and controller for several companies and was the proprietor of an income tax preparation business for 25 years. In addition, he has been a member of the Exchange Club (South Orange County) for three year and is currently serving as its Vice-President.
